Oireachtas Joint Committee on Environment and Climate Action

On Tuesday April 23rd, Liam Heaphy represented ICHEC at the Oireachtas Joint Committee on Environment and Climate Action. The Joint Committee met to discuss the findings of the EPA’s Ireland’s Climate Change Assessment report (ICCA) with several authors of the report.
 
ICCA was published in January. ICHEC, in collaboration with Maynooth University, led on ‘Volume Three: Being Prepared for Ireland’s Future Climate’, as well as contributing to the other three volumes and a synthesis report.
