All the ICHEC team wishes everyone a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.

Due to the Christmas holidays the ICHEC staff will only be providing emergency cover between the following two dates (inclusive):

• Saturday, 24th December 2011
• Wednesday, 4th January 2012

If users encounter any problems during this period they can still log a Helpdesk query and it will be dealt with by a member of staff as soon as possible.
