National Computing & Data Competence Mapping - EuroCC Ireland

EuroCC Ireland was established in 2020 at the Irish Centre for High-End Computing (ICHEC) jointly by the European Commission (through the EuroHPC Joint Undertaking) and Ireland's Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation & Science (DFHERIS). EuroCC is tasked with providing platforms, expertise and training to accelerate digital transformation and green transition at national and European levels for increased competitiveness.

Through EuroCC Ireland, ICHEC is tasked by the European Commission and the Irish State with creating a Competence Mapping of the Irish scientific, enterprise and public sector communities in digital technologies, particularly related to computing and data.

This competence mapping is for you, if you are a researcher, scientist, developer, technical officer or executive at Irish academic, enterprise or public sector organisations.

Deadline to complete: December 20, 2022 (Tuesday).

Estimated duration to complete: <5 minutes.

EuroCC Ireland supports academic, enterprise and public sector organisations in their adoption of high-performance computing (HPC), high-performance data analytics (HPDA), and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The competence centre offers a broad portfolio of services in all HPC-related areas, tailored to the needs of industry, science and public administration.

By completing the short mapping survey available here, you are invited to engage with the Irish-EU funded activity towards further developing computing and digital data services for you at the national and European levels.
