ICHEC at BT Young Scientist Exhibition 2018
Once again, we attended the BT Young Scientist & Technology Exhibition 2018, at the "World of Science & Technology" exhibition hall . Over 3 days, ICHEC staff enjoyed meeting all the students, parents, teachers, and members of the general public at our booth in the RDS.
This year, our exhibits included:
- A presentation on image recognition through machine learning and neural networks
- A series of Rasberry Pi computers performing interactive tasks, including robotics and games.
- A naming competition for the new national Supercomputer to be built in 2018
